I use a lot of Lancome cosmetics, and this is the only eye makeup remover that removes the waterproof eyeliner that I use. It doesn't hurt if I get a little in my eyes, either. The only reason why it didn't get a fifth star is because it is oily, and I have to be sure to get it off my skin quickly because my skin is oily as well. But that is a small problem and overall this product is worth the price.
