I have been using this product for more than a decade. It seems expensive but I have never found anything that comes close - so I feel its worth the price. It goes on like water but somehow, easily removes all eye make-up with just a quick swab or 2 of a cotton ball. Thanks Lancome!

all you need is a little and all your eye make up disappear with a great soft texture after there no sting and it safe washes away right away or you can use a cotton ball gentel will not clog pores made in france

I have used Lancome's Eye makeup remover for years. I wear contacts and have experienced stinging and sensitivity with makeup removers purchased from a drug store. Although this is a bit more expensive, it is worth every penny. I never have any stinging or discomfort, even after a long day of wearing my contacts. It does seem to leave a bit of a oily residue, but this is easily patted off with a towel. All in all, a fabulous product.

I have been using this stuff for at least 15 years and I always hate having to pay a premiem price for. Equally annoying is having to weave between those perfume spritz-ladies at the fancy department stores just to stock up on basic Lancome produicts. Ordering from beauty websites is equally annoying since the tacked on shipping charges zero out any savings. It's great that Amazon has categorized this as Grocery (??) and made it Super Saver eligible or PRime eligible. Not having to pay shipping makes this a fabulous deal.
There are two Lancome products I will use until I die - this make-up remover and their Dual FInish Powder which doubles as a matte foundation. This remover dissolves EVERY mascara made, the long lasting color-stay shadows and gel pen eyeliners and it even dissolves some false eyelash adhesives. It's not harsh but it isn't something you want to accidentallt get in your eye either. Apply with a cotton pad or cotton ball. I believe that Loreal, which owns Lancome, makes a very similar product for about $10 to $12. If you can find that, great. If not, the price is very good for this prestige brand item. If you are still using soap and water - STOP immediately, it's bad for the delicate skin around your eyes. Try this which is especially helpful for gals who regularly use eyeliner and waterproof mascara.
